At 22 sq.m this is a small space & the garden is shared with the adjacent house. However it is quiet & comfortable, ideal for short stays for max. 2 guests.

The accommodation occupies the entire top floor of this 3 storey period house and shares it's entrance with the home owner and her adorable Golden Retriever, Dudley. It is also the perfect location for those who wish to experience the numerous excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife which are all on our doorstep. Donegal Town is the gateway to West & North.

This is 1 off 2 guest suites ( 2B & 3C) where guests can book 1 or 2 double rooms with ensuite located in a countryside location. Guests will avail of a designated parking area with private "lock box" entrance, to gain access to their chosen Accommodation, located up 1 flight of stairs Although there are no cooking facilities, or TV. a fridge, microwave, kettle are provided. Also coffee, tea, sugar are supplied complimentary. This is seperate from main House & only guests have access.

There are beautiful beaches within a 10-minute drive & the breathtaking sea cliffs of Sliabh Liag are just 40 minutes away along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way. The Annex, 25 mins drive from ATU, Letterkenny.

Our accommodation is 3 miles from Ballybofey and a 25 minute drive to ATU, Letterkenny. We would consider long term rental to students for term time only. We offer a Luxury 2 bedroom self catering Apartment. It has a Kitchen with a spacious Dinning Area and a Living Area that has a Double sofa bed. The kitchen has a dish washer, fridge freezer, built in oven and hob and a washing machine. Children welcome. Breakfast cereals, tea and coffee are available in the Self Catering Kitchen.
