Its located on the Wild Atlantic Way only 20 minutes drive from the famous Slieve League Sea Cliffs . Killybegs fishing port with its hotels, pubs and restaurants is located just 3kms away. Part of a small group of exclusive holiday homes, located behind the sand dunes, with the beach just a short short stroll beyond. An idyllic setting with simply breathtaking scenary all around.

The little coast house is a cosy contemporary open plan space nestled between the majestic slopes of Benbulben and the amazing Streedagh Beach. A hidden gem along the Wild Atlantic Way situated in North Sligo approx 1km off the main N15 in a quiet and peaceful setting beside our own family home. Close to so many wonderful places to visit! A fantastic base for exploring Sligo, Donegal and many surrounding counties. A 10 minute drive to the charming town of Sligo, great for shopping and dining.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

The Cottage provides accommodation for up to 3 guests. Close to Benbulben Mountain with views overlooking the Wild Atlantic Ocean, you will fall in love with our little bit of heaven in North Sligo. Staying in our cosy cottage allows you to immerse yourself in local attractions. Located on the same grounds as our family home, the cottage provides a chance for friendly interactions during your stay. This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.

The Escape - The Times: Best Irish Cottage Named the best holiday cottage in Ireland (Sunday Times), this traditional Donegal cottage on the Wild Atlantic Way provides privacy, huge open views over the lake in front and picturesque walks to Port. Dogs welcome for an additional fee. WIFI included. Our hillpod rental "Cropod" is at the same location if you need more space - though both properties have privacy and separate entrances.

Experience a unique getaway in our charming Hobbit House, just a short walk from the stunning Slieve League Cliffs. The house is beautifully decorated in true Hobbit style and features a king-size bed and a cozy stove. The property includes tea-making facilities only The bathroom is located outside, up a short, uneven path, and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues not suitable for children. No shower available.
