Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.

Caratteristo appartamento situato nel cuore di dogliani, centralissimo composto da Ingresso, sala, cucina, 2 stanze matrimoniali, 1 bagno e con bellissimo terrazzo esterno con vista sul castello di dogliani. Ingresso caratteristico, silenziosissimo. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato mantenendo dettagli originali (porte ad arco, mattoni a vista, pavimento in cotto) ma rimodernando tutta la cucina, le stanze, il bagno. Perfetto per famiglie e per spostarsi anche senza auto.

Nel cuore di Piozzo, a un passo dalle Langhe

Ci troviamo all'interno del tessuto del centro storico di Piozzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dallo storico locale Baladin. Ristrutturato di recente, l'appartamento è formato da un unico ambiente con soppalco in legno. Al piano inferiore sono localizzati la zona giorno e il bagno, mentre il soppalco ospita la zona notte. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene per mezzo di una scala metallica a due rampe, che termina su un piccolo balcone, affacciato su un cortile interno.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
