Complete with a Queen bed, cosy lounge, ensuite (with the best views) and full kitchen with all your basics. Fully fenced property with private entry and balcony. Enjoy exploring the area, only 18 min from the Airport and a short stroll to the Lewisham foreshore. The Port Arthur Historic Site is less than an hours drive, and the fabulous Bream Creek Winery is 20 minutes away.

The studio is part of our home, with its own separate entrance and complete privacy - and it means we are on hand to assist you in need. ***Please note: the pool is currently unavailable for swimming while we resurface it***

With an outdoor bath, decks for sunset drinks, and comfy beds, the shack is perfect for relaxing. This quiet beach town is a great base to explore the region. Not far from Hobart or the airport and a 1hr drive to must see attractions MONA (47km), Port Arthur Historic site (58 km) and Maria Island Ferry (74 km).

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

A shack shaped by love and salt air, where long days begin in soft linens and end by firelight. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Everything is tiny, but guests tell us it has everything you need... including some luxurious touches like European linen. Arrow Brick House is a beautiful, dog friendly, country property with gorgeous water and mountain views, minutes from Port Arthur Historic site, 3 Capes Walk and Remarkable cave. Breathe in the clean, fresh air as you enjoy views over misty mountains, sparkling water and Tasman Island Lighthouse. Relax on a private and secluded getaway, perfect for those who love romantic, wild places. We recommend a few days to really enjoy the property and explore the local area.

Huon Valley View Cabin near Cygnet

Private, self-contained cabin in the Huon Valley close to Cygnet (7 min), Bruny Island & Hobart (50 min), Hartz Mountain National Park & World Heritage Area (1 hr). Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

Seaside Escape

We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area. We look forward to sharing our home with you. The front yard of the home is serviced by security camera.
