The villa occupies 95 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (400m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 5 minute car drive away. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
