You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

The incredible views of the mountains seem straight from a Rockwell painting. If you are looking for privacy and tranquility, the Ozark Overlook is your destination.

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Lost Valley and beyond, the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! Enjoy a gentle sloping lot that walks directly out into the beautiful White River. This is a wade and fly fisherman’s paradise. The cabin boasts all new appliances, beds, and furnishings! The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.

The Hattie House: Secluded on 90 acres near BNR

Our cabin is located on 90 acres and has many activities to offer, from relaxing on the porch watching wildlife, to exploring our wooded area. The Hattie House is located near multiple put-ins on the Buffalo National River as well as being located near some of the best food joints including Big Springs, Crawbilly's, and our personal favorite, Ryans! It is the perfect weekly or weekend getaway for families or couples.
