The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. This house is within walking distance of Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and the Anaheim Convention Center. It is on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. You can see and faintly hear Disneyland from the property. You have a perfect front row view of the fireworks at night. Sit on the porch and enjoy the show.
