This private bungalow is separate from our main house & features a comfortable Queen bed with HTC linens, single trundle bed, TV & couch. The equipped kitchenette allows for easy meal preparation, the bathroom includes laundry facilities for added convenience. Beach enthusiasts will love the quick access to Corindi Beach for sun, sand, & surf.

Katandra: Beautiful self-contained accommodation

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Arrawarra Beach House

Arrawarra is located 20 min north of Coffs Harbour and 5 min to Woolgoolga. Our beach house is set in a quite village and is just a short walk to the beach and tidal creek... great for the kids. It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.
