You can boat, canoe, fish and tube down this amazing River. There is a public boat dock approx 1/8 mi down river. The cabin has extra parking below the house. Our home is newly renovated & located in the heart of Sylva, ~1.5 miles from all the Main Street shops & restaurants. Very convenient to WCU, Harrahs Casino, Pinnacle Park, Harris Hospital & Blue Ridge Parkway. Neighborhood is quiet & family-friendly, with a ~0.88 mile "loop" with minimal traffic - great for morning walk/run. Relax inside or outside on the furnished patio as you enjoy all that beautiful Western NC has to offer. Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers!

Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.

This loft apartment is unique to our area. It is located on the ground floor right on Main Street with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street. The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with Netflix. A DVD player and DVDs are also available.
