Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausquartier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nicht direkt vor Ort, eine Bäckerei/Kaffee ist jedoch in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Dank guter Busanbindung erreicht man Kloten in 5 Minuten sowie den Flughafen Zürich in rund 10 Minuten.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat.
