Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 6km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή. Απέχει μιάμιση ώρα από την Αθήνα, πέντε λεπτά από την Ακράτα. Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο. The house has been fully constructed in 2022 and we are looking forward to welcome our first guests. Our country house is ideal for a group of people that want to spent some quality time together in peaceful and sunny environment. It's located 1.5 km from the pouda beach known for its crystal clear water and near by Diakopto, Akrata and Kalavryta.
