The Picker's Hut is a luxury vineyard escape located in Broadmarsh (40 minutes from Hobart). Originally built to house and train soldiers before World War Two, this historic hut has found its new home on a working vineyard, Invercarron. Huon Burrow- Underground, WaterViews

The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley. The Huon Burrow has half a metre of material on the roof composed of soil, gravel and insulation on top of a waterproof barrier, then 20 tons of concrete and one ton of reinforced steel.
