Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
