The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

Your tent is equipped with two queen beds to accommodate up to 4. A propane heater is included to keep you warm. Kitchen ware, gas bbq, and firepit are included.

The Stargazer tent is a unique, luxurious camping experience with exquisite views & privacy. Enjoy the sounds of nature while gazing at the stars. The campsite is on 40 acres of fields & woodland & is home to an active organic farm. The tent site abuts the Coxingkill creek. We provide cookware, stove, grill, bedding, towels & water for cooking & drinking. There’s a picnic table, benches, chairs & an outhouse. River's Edge Sunset Campsite

Stunning location with all the amenities for a truly memorable fall or winter adventure. Snuggle by the fire, hike the woods, or read a book in the comfort of your tent. Please note that in the winter months steady attention to wood stove is essential! Loading wood is required every 4 hours and takes some skill but with patience is extremely rewarding and tent will stay an easy 70-80 degrees. Although there is also an electric heater, this is sufficient only down to freezing.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
