With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

The perfect spot for your next getaway. Located 10 minutes from Havelock and 45 minutes from Blenheim, on arrival you’ll find yourself surrounded by native bush and abundant bird life. Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. All sliding doors open up onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the picturesque view. Our mooring may be available

The Nineteenth Vineyard Accommodation

The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home. All rooms open out on to an expansive deck and have views overlooking vineyards, farmland and a golf course. A courtyard with BBQ is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

We offer a private Suite with sea views, a well-appointed bedroom with a king bed. French doors open onto a patio with outdoor seating. A cosy breakfast room with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet room. You have plenty of off-street parking with access directly into the place for your private use. Suitable for a solo traveler or a couple.
