Come and enjoy the lake and the vacation feel at this house and still be in the city and close to places of interest, newly remodeled modern, jacuzzi jet tubs in both bathrooms, Bluetooth fans for relaxation. O-Led TV in living.No Parties !! House have 2 additional rooms but we have it locked for storage along with the garage. 3 rooms are prepared for airbnb along with all the amenities. Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, 15-20 min drive to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Private walkway and entrance with shared fenced backyard.Bookings over 28 days need short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee!
