Enjoy the large tub/shower after a day of hiking and sight seeing. Outdoor grill and fire pit. Minutes to several of Acadia's hikes and sites, restaurants, the quaint seaside towns of Bass Harbor and Southwest Harbor, and a scenic 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor! We're happy to allow pets upon request for a $150 fee paid separately through Airbnb after booking.

Close enough to Bar Harbor / Acadia National Park (45 minutes) but removed from the hustle & bustle. A 10-minute walk down a gravel road to a beach in Lamoine with distant views of Acadia National Park. Enjoy all weather with our new wood stove fireplace surrounded by large windows. SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Two-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Property borders Scott’s Landing - a treasure trove of birds, sand dollars, porpoises, seals & a family of foxes. *Queen bed + flip down sofa (latter suitable for 1 adult OR 2 small kids)

Historic School House now with High Speed Internet

Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

Katy's Seaside Cottage

Katy's Seaside Cottage is a quaint & cozy 2 bedroom cottage, with ocean views. It has a beautiful deck/gazebo where you can sit and watch boats pass by. Enjoy free public access to the ocean anytime with a short walk from the property, a great place to kayak or swim. In the fall enjoy the fall foliage and great hikes on the island or in neighboring areas including Acadia.
