Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. Hi, my name is John and I have lived in the Market Deeping area for 25 years. This was our family home and its location is perfect for all the things that you will need. The town has loads of good pubs, restaurants and takeouts plus there is a spa shop at the end of the road. For bigger shops there is a large Tesco’s and children’s playground for the kids within a 10 minutes walk. Freshly decorated for the 2021 season!
