"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Warm and cozy new mattress! 35 minutes to Powderhorn ski resort! Peach Beach is a 2021 Hideout camper with a beachy vibe. The place sleeps 5 adults, has a master bedroom with it’s own entrance, solid door and bunkhouse floor plan. Appointed to turn out any kind of meal, and BBQ a as well as BBQ utensils are available. In peach orchards, views of Mt Garfield and Grand Mesa. Sip a glass of wine from our picnic table or hammock looking at rose bushes or orchards. Close to three popular vineyards.w

This stylish place is perfect! Peaceful, spacious, family & pet friendly. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable private escape only 6 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. This cozy 8'x20' shipping container tiny home is located on three acres that overlooks the the Grand Valley. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation. Enjoy incredible views of the Valley, the Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and abundant bird watching!

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses.
