The farm has been in our family for 160 years; the house was built by our grandfather; Lewis & Clark camped on the land. The house is simply but comfortably furnished; all the mattresses are new. The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
