As our guest, feel free to pick fresh vegetables from the garden, enjoy a bonfire under the lights, and lounge in one of adirondack chairs on the deck. We also provide you with a private parking space in the back alleyway. East Nashville is a laid-back, artsy section of Music City. This historic district is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, boutique shopping, and craft beer. Head across the river to experience all the nearby downtown attractions. Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

Walking distance to downtown, Five Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
