Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

Beautiful, spacious, beach themed, smoke free West side of our duplex. Enjoy Gulf Front views from the front decks and Bay views from the back decks. Use our private Beach property directly across the street to access the white, sandy beach. My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

Tides Inn | Private Pool. Nightly stays in summer

Tides Inn, stunning new home located on Dauphin Islands popular west end. Bright open floor plan with a large kitchen, high end appliances and great views. The primary bedroom has a king bed, over looks the Gulf facing deck and has a walk in shower in the private bath. Bedrooms two and three have Queen size beds, and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Saltwater pool faces the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is a one minute walk. Pets not allowed

Peridot Place Peaceful Playground W/ Heated Pool

Enjoy our island where you can play in the sand or play in the pool! Bring your bikes or plan to walk or drive to attractions and restaurants. The friendly locals will welcome you with open arms. There will be a parking pass in the home that gives you access to some of the island parking lots right on the beach. Just pack your beach equipment in your car, drive to the designated streets, unload and walk just feet from the waters edge.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
