Welcome to 45 Belle Vista Drive, your peaceful retreat just minutes from downtown Dartmouth and Halifax! This spacious 1-bedroom suite is perfect for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Enjoy a private driveway, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and a smart TV for your streaming needs. We provide a cot for an extra guest, and a seasonal patio setup for relaxing outdoors. We will be providing some basic food items and coffee for breakfast. Make yourself at home in this cozy, well-equipped getaway!

Check in by 8 pm Our home offers a comfortable haven for skilled tradespeople and business travelers, who leave the home to go to a work site. This is my daily work place. A valid ID is required at Check-in 2-8. Accommodations are not suitable for remote workers. We offer the convenience of an evening meal, in advance. No cooking privileges. Lunches to be prepared right after the evening meal. For long-term guests, we provide access to laundry facilities. We are thrilled to welcome you!

A Sweet Halifax Suite

Welcome to this bright, clean, comfortable suite. Easily accessible from the ground level, entering from a lovely landscaped yard. This is the lower level of my home but completely separate, with your own private entrance around the back. There's a lovely bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed, a spotless bathroom with toiletries provided, a custom tiled shower, a living-room with a cozy couch, TV and a work desk, as well as an eat in kitchenette with breakfast supplies provided.

A basement suite with private bathroom and kitchenette - no stove Concrete stairwell entrance may be steep for some individuals. • 15 minutes drive from Halifax airport. • 15 minutes drive to Dartmouth Crossing, Halifax Shopping Centre and Mic Mac Mall. • 20 minutes drive or single bus from property to downtown Halifax. • One minute walk to the Cobequid Bus Terminal. • All the essentials are within walking distance. • 5 minute walk to the Cobequid Community Health Centre.

Our home offers quiet accommodation for workers away from their family homes. We provide comfortable lodgings. We have a one bedroom basement living area for rent. It has it’s own private bathroom and living area. Continental breakfast included. Private entrance and free parking. Wifi and cable included.
