Lucy’s Cottage Self Catered Accommodation

One bedroom, fully self contained cottage, set in a rural location in Moorak, only 8 kilometres south of the city of Mount Gambier, and just minutes from the coastal town of Port Macdonnell. Surrounded by natural attractions such as the Blue Lake, Piccaninnie Ponds, Tantanoola Caves and the magnificent Umpherston Sink Hole. The cottage overlooks alpaca's and farmland. leading to Mount Schank in the distance. Suitable for couples, or maybe an infant in arms. EV CHARGING IS AVAILABLE ON SITE.

The Sandford church is around 150 years old and has been lovingly and tastefully restored and renovated for overnight accommodation. Featuring a full kitchen, wood burning fire, and beautiful bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax and unwind. Wifi is available, making this the perfect place to Netflix chill.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
