Enjoy a private studio retreat beneath our house in tranquil eastern Toowoomba with it's own off-street parking. Located near schools and parks, and a short distance to the city, it’s perfect for dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. The studio features a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster), smart TV, books, games, a queen sized bed, and an optional sofa bed. The compact bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet. Ideal for short or extended stays in a peaceful space.

A traditional Queensland home on the doorstep of all that West End offers. Our home is a restored 1920 timber house. We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

A beautiful, self-contained studio unit underneath Sailfish Cottage, the 80 year old restored ex-principal's residence from the local area is relaxing, private and peaceful, yet close to everything Tin Can Bay offers. Explore this beautiful area which offers wild, humpback dolphin feeding everyday at Nelson Point, lovely parks and walks, plenty of fishing and Rainbow Beach is only a 25 min drive away and Fraser Island is just a short ferry trip from Inskip Point.

'Great Divide' Modern studio

Clean and new self contained studio. Walking distance to cafes and shops is 1km and takes 15 minutes. PLEASE NOTE that this studio unit is under our family home so the sounds of life will be heard within its walls. We welcome guests who don't mind hearing human chatter and footsteps and ask that you feel comfortable to do the same. The unit has its own external private entrance and no access to the rest of the house. Fully equipped kitchen.

Granny's Ensuite Room contains a queen bed, bathroom,TV, ceiling fan and heater, full size fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and full cooking facilities . Outside there is a sitting area with surrounding picturesque property areas.

The cottage located at the end of a Jacaranda lined driveway with sweeping country views and is only 12 minutes from The Ridge Shopping Centre, Preston Peak and Gabbinbar Wedding venues. Welcome to our Loft. Nestled into the side of one of the highest points on the Bunya Mountains, Queensland, and centrally located in peaceful surrounds makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break. The Bunyas is always about 6 degrees cooler than the surrounding area. Nature abounds with friendly wallabies, possums, bandicoots, echidnas, and the colourful king parrots and crimson rosellas are amongst the abundant birdlife.
