Perched at the crest of a 12 acre pasture, enjoy both local and long range views of the Presidential Range. Trails lead you in various directions throughout the woods. The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Walk the trails in our woods and snowshoe in the winter. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Green Mountains and the clear night sky.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Maple Acres cabin

Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.
