Kuca se nalazi uz brdo sa koga se vidi panorama Bjelopavlicke ravnice, neposredno ispod kuce je rijeka Susica. U blizini objekta su Podgorica, Danilovgrad i Spuz. Zbog blizine manastrira Ostrog i Zdrebaonik idealno je za vjerski turizam. Objekat posjeduje dva bicikla za odrasle i jedno za djecu, kao i mnogo djecjih igracaka. U dvoristu se nalaze vocke, basta i pcelina na odaljenosti od 100m. Kuca ima vanjski wc, tokom ljeta je kupanje u buretu, a zimi u koritu pored sporeta na drva.

Cherry Villa Villa Cherry was built in 2021 and got its name from the really delicious fruit we grow on our farm in an organic way. It is an indescribable feeling to stay on the estate in April when 850 trees are shaking in bloom and inhaling with full lungs, or pick this organic fruit yourself in May. Guests especially apprreciate the refreshments that fill the pool, white is available from april 15. to the eng of oktober. The pool is reserved only for guests of the two villes.
