Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it

Richard and Deesa live on-site. We host adult-only groups of one to four in ample space. All rentals are for one group only. You will stay on a 700 sq. ft. second floor with two large bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a living area, and a kitchen. We are five miles from downtown Madison and six miles from UW-Madison.
