Nant Cottage

This charming, comfortable miner’s cottage is full of character, and perfectly located close to local amenities. It’s just a 10 minute walk to Aberdare town centre and train station, with excellent connections for exploring South Wales. Zip World, Pontneddfechan waterfall and Bike Park Wales are only a 10 minute drive, and the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park and Pen Y Fan is only a 30 minute drive. The property is an ideal base to explore and enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Lewys Tai Bach

20mins to Brecon Beacons, short journeys to the Zip world Tower, Bike Park Wales Merthyr and Aberdare downhill centre just a stone throw away. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With kitchen living downstairs and the upstairs having more of a hotel set up with 2 double beds a pull out bed settee and a single bed with shower suite. It’s possible to sleep 3 couples and another. Ideally better to leave the settee as a settee for comfortable living and relaxing both upstairs and down.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in the village of Treherbert in the upper Rhondda Valley in South Wales. A 30min drive from the Brecon Beacons and an hour by train from central Cardiff. Surrounded by beautiful Welsh hills, with miles of walking and cycling trails, the area is steeped in history and mining and musical culture. Llia Cysglyd is a beautifully appointed self contained annex. With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Herbert Place

A modernised 3 bed house situated in a great area for exploring with family and friends. The open plan allows guests to be together when preparing food, dining or relaxing on the sofas. A garden to sit relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The property has a large tv and free Wi-Fi. There are 3 bedrooms, which consists of 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. A modern bathroom with a large walk in shower. The property is secured by external cctv cameras for extra security.
