The Notch Cabin is part of Hinterwood Inn & Cabins, situated 60 ft. from National Forest. Enjoy hiking and wildlife sightings from your front door! The cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a queen murphy bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower (no tub), and an apartment size kitchen w/ essentials. Custom built by the owners, enjoy the beautiful wooden accent wall, pine slab table, and vaulted ceilings. Includes a private deck with a gas grill, private fire pit area, and more!

Enjoy beautiful surroundings - a seasonal pond outside your cabin (water level varies), horses, mini donkey, mini goats and chickens. Wind Cave 17 mi. Adjacent to the Mickelson Trail and minutes from hundreds of miles of Black Hills National Forest trails. Wildlife is abundant in the Southern Hills, including deer, turkeys and elk. Or just sit back and relax as you watch the horses graze in the pasture or take in the endless night sky.

Horse Lovers Bunkhouse 2, 'Head Wrangler Cabin'

One of two cabins located on a working quarter horse ranch 4 miles south of Hot Springs. The Bunkhouse has a queen bed and a single bed in a separate room, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi. We have facilities for guest horses. @ 35-50 horses on the ranch Abundant wildlife in the area which includes deer, turkeys, coyotes, foxes, bats, snakes , etc. The other cabin is listed under Bunkhouse.
