Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Downtime Dodge has all you need to rest and relax after a day on the trails in the summer, slopes in the winter, or seeing the sites of the beautiful Comox Valley. Urban Westcoast Retreat in Courtenay, BC

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. The Cumberlander

Situated one block off Cumberland’s Main Street and only a few blocks from parks, hiking and biking trails, this guest house offers easy access to all of what Cumberland has to offer. Park beside your gate to a fully private, 1 bedroom 450 sq/ft guest house with bike storage and large private patio. Two blocks from the main street. Two minute ride to the trailhead. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). 2 Adults max, but there’s a pullout for kids.

Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.

Welcome to Slug Trail Ranch, and our newly built self contained suite. We are a quiet, serene rural location in west Courtenay, close to downtown. Located on 5 acres of land close to all amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. Come say "hello" to our horses, chickens and friendly dogs. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15/ night per pet cleaning fee. Come say "howdy". Happy hour is 5pm, weather permitting.
