Újonnan kialakított szálláshelyünk különálló apartmannal várja, mely 4 fő befogadására alkalmas. Az apartmanban külön hálószoba, fürdőszoba és teljesen felszerelt konyha, étkező áll rendelkezésre. A nappaliban pótággyá alakítható kanapé található, televízió Netflix és HBO Go hozzáféréssel. A lakásokhoz elkülönített teraszok tartoznak kerti bútorokkal. Kis házikónk a Maros folyóhoz közel, a lombkorona sétánytól 300 méterre, erdő ölelésében, csendes, nyugodt környezetben, fenyőfák rejtekében bújik meg.

Newly built, spacious, ground-floor apartment close to the city center, in a quiet street. Free parking. It is 15-minute walk from Dóm Square and from the Clinics. Tram and bus stops are in the next street. The apartment is 50 square meters, fully equipped: cooling-heating air conditioner, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washmachine, cozy terrace. Free Wifi, TV service and Xbox 360 game console. Maximum 4 person can stay in the apartment.

A lakás Szeged belvárosában található. Lift nélküli épület 2. emeletén van. A lakás 1 szobás, 2 ágyas ( igény szerint összetolható), szükség esetén gyermekágyat tudok biztosítani. Parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt az utcán van, hétköznap 8 órától 18 óráig fizetős. A szállás a Széchenyi tértől 2 perc sétára, az Anna fürdő szomszédságában van. A belvárosi üzletek, éttermek, szórakozóhelyek, cukrászdák gyalog könnyen elérhetőek.
