It is a comfortable and spacious 3-bedroom home, that has outstanding views of the River. It also comes with a parking permit that allows parking, directly outside of the house. Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Wells Street Cottages No 28 - By The River Ness

A beautiful 1800s terraced cottage footsteps away from the River Ness that we finished renovating in March 2022. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 king size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space with free fast WiFi, Samsung Smart TV and wonderful log burning stove. Free parking with our permit and just a 5 - 10 minute walk across old Inverness with beautiful views of the castle, cathedrals and churches on the way. We are also dog friendly up to 2 dogs.

Stunning sea view at Saltburn, Invergordon

Situated beside the shores of the Cromarty Firth with spectacular views to the Black Isle our cottage sleeps six comfortably, and is ideally placed for touring, with access to superb beaches, forests, hill walking, golf, etc. The NC 500 route is minutes away. One of the best natural harbours in Europe, the Royal Navy had a base here until 1956. Now oil rigs line up in the Firth and liners visit every week in the summer season. Invergordon's spectacular murals are a must see!

Rose Cottage is a spacious, modernised 2 bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful courtyard close to the river Ness and the city centre. Recently fully renovated it is bright with a contemporary style and some unique original features like stone mantled fireplaces. It is just five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and the theatre. Inverness is a small city with canal and river walks and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Honeysuckle Cottage, Dalmore Farm, Alness

Our cottage is close to the busy town of Alness. We are walking distance to Dalmore Distillery. The cottage is situated on the North Coast 500 route located 2 minutes off the main A9, yet offering a rural setting. Dalmore is a working family farm in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This cottage is ideal for couples and families with children. Fully fitted kitchen with dining/sitting area. 4G and all bedrooms have freeview tv. Anti Allergy bedding throughout.

Culnaskeath Farmhouse Cottage

Culnaskeath Farmhouse Cottage is an extension built in 1993, and blends in with the original house (1860). It's a cozy cottage with a wood-burning stove, two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The upstairs landing has a desk and single bed. The house has views over to the Black Isle, the Cromarty Firth and across to the Cairngorm mountains in the south. Behind our house are six miles of forest tracks. From these, you can see Ben Wyvis in the west.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. Clematis Cottage is ideal for visits to Fortrose, the Black Isle and a good base for Inverness which is just 15mins drive away.
