This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the walking trails in the neighborhood.
