Charming house in the heart of Goring-on-Thames, perfect for riverside walks, cosy pubs and relaxing countryside breaks. The village sits between two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it ideal for holidays or long weekends. Refurbished in 2021 with two new bathrooms, updated kitchen, new flooring and quality furnishings throughout. Shops, pubs, the River Thames and trains to Oxford and London are all within easy walking distance. Direct trains reach London Paddington in under an hour.

Pool House at Mill Cottage

The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Located just 5 mins drive from the beautiful Goring on Thames and 15 minutes’ drive away from the beautiful historic riverside town of Henley-on-Thames. Lots of local country gastro-pubs nearby. Accommodation: Double bedroom, separate private bath & toilet. The cottage offers plenty of privacy with views across gardens. There is a separate lounge with a TV for your use.

The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. Breakfast basket including cereals and bread, milk, juice and fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas will be included.

Simple and stylish, this spacious studio is set back from the road, just off the Thames Path at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. A 2 minute walk from the local pub with regular street food, 5 minute walk from the river and 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants and train station in Pangbourne (direct trains to London in approx. 50 mins). Free parking is available and the room has a patio and outdoor seating area. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided but there is no fridge or kitchen.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading. This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

The Lodge at River Acres

The Lodge at River Acres in Moulsford is just the place to reset, relax and forget all your worries. Set in beautiful grounds, with the River Thames at the end of the lawn. Sit and relax by the river with a glass of wine, watching the boats go by and looking out for wildlife. Free fresh eggs from our own chickens are provided for your breakfast. We have our own tennis court for you to play on at no extra cost, and we loan raquets and balls.

Self Contained Detached Property on the River Pang

Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.
