(open all year long) Watch the 12 ft. windmill twirl as it catches the wind. Resident ducks will provide fun entertainment. End the day with a night fire around the fire pit. No matter what the season, Shady Rest “on blue pond” is sure to create an unforgettable experience. Property not suited for small children due to deep pond next to the Airbnb. No pets allowed

Sporting a 7ft tube slide, sleek black exterior and natural wood tones and lighting. The Blonde is small and mighty with an airy studio feel but packed with all of the necessities of a full sized home. This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share a property!

The Scout Cabin-Carterville, IL

The Scout Cabin was originally part of a group cabins from the early 1900s. Over the years, different owners have made additions and updates, but it still has some of its original structure. Now it is a cozy two bedroom house with an open living and dining area, a bonus area with an additional sleeper loveseat, and a spacious patio. It is centrally located - just one block from the center of Carterville’s downtown - and easily accessible to many Southern Illinois activities and attractions.

Escape the everyday in this new apartment designed with a 1930s speakeasy vibe. Tucked away on private, wooded acreage, this spot is an ideal base for exploring. Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.
