My home is within walking distance to bus service and shopping. It is a short drive to the hospital, university, hiking trails, rivers, lakes. Some tourist attractions are a within a 2 km radius. Lake Cowichan is a 21 minute drive. Victoria is a 58 min drive. Nanaimo is a 41 min drive. There is clean drinking water straight from the taps. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is ample parking on the street and in my driveway. I also have storage space for bicycles if need be.

Ladysmith has so much to offer, including beautiful hiking trails, a family-friendly beach, quaint shops, galleries, and local restaurants — all within safe walking distances from the home!

Easy access to Downtown Victoria only 3 mins walk to Bus Exchange, 5 minutes walk to local groceries & restaurants (Walmart, Superstore, Belmont Market, Westshore shopping centre) The Place: Guest private room (not ensuite) in a shared home. Guest room located on ground floor, and we live upstairs. Some areas in the house are shared: - Main Floor: Entrance & Guest Room - 1st Floor : Common areas & Shared Half Bathroom - 2nd Floor: Shared full bathroom

Adventurous souls arriving by boat can make use of mooring buoys and the private dock. Start your vacation with salt air, hot coffee, and stunning ocean views from the expansive patio. Keep busy all day with the many on site amenities - heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, playground, beachside fire-pit and more!

With my wife and I and another 2 guest.A 20-minute walk to Royal Roads University, and a 2-minute walk to bus stops. Perfect for students, professionals, or travelers!
