Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

THE LOFT - Naul

A tastefully converted spacious loft above stables. We are a mile outside the historic village of Naul & 2 miles off the M1. We are 20 minutes to Dublin airport & 10 minutes from Balbriggan railway station. Naul is famous for the famous Irish musician Seamus Ennis. The thatched Centre named after him has wonderful food & many events throughout the week in the quaint theatre behind it. Across the road is the very welcoming authentic ‘Killian’s’ pub where they serve the best pint of Guinness !

The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Sandymount Village has everything you need; restaurants, cafes, bars and a supermarket. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.

The Guest Studio is a thoughtfully designed space that accommodates 1 or 2 guests. It is a self-contained unit with its own front door and is just 70 metres from the nearest bus stop and 1.9km from the sea. Accessible by 4 public transport systems- E2 bus which passes the house connects to all other services including: Aircoach 700 and 702 services as well as DART and mainline train. All bus services run 24/7 Dublin Airport: 30 minutes by car or approx. 60 mins by bus
