Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. Fully equipped kitchen includes 4 burner cook top, Breville smart oven, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and all incidentals to “dine in.” Residential neighborhood half mile from Hillsdale Village…a charming collection of merchants including a bakery, 7 restaurants, Starbucks, grocery, banking and more! 4 miles to the Portland City Center, 2 miles to OHSU hospital/medical campus, 3.5 miles to Portland State, half mile to nearest bus stop.
