Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Splendido monolocale situato al centro di Cagliari con affaccio sulla famosa piazza Yenne, A soli 400 metri dalla zona Bastioni, tra cui quello di Saint Remy e a soli 600 metri dal porto, nel cuore della movida, ricca di locali, ristoranti e negozi per chi ama lo shopping. L'appartamento di 30mq completamente ristrutturato e finemente arredato è dotato di tutti i confort, aria condizionata, TV ( Free Netflix HD, Amazon Movie&Music), Wi-Fi, lavasciuga, microonde e piano ad induzione.

( Dal 1 novembre al 30 aprile ) contattare i proprietari per accordarsi sull’ eventuale costo del riscaldamento),.E possibile affittare anche una SUITE di 45 mq . 4/5 posti ha un costo extra, risulta la camera 4 nella descrizione.

Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere
