This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

This condo sleeps up to 4 people with 1 king sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa. On site amenities include gym, hot tub, pool (heated year round) and sauna all available for guests to use during your stay. There is also community access to an outdoor BBQ grill, car/boat washing station, and local lake.
