Graziosa mansarda molto luminosa, completamente ristrutturata situata al quinto piano con ascensore di un palazzo di pregio. La zona è centrale, di fronte al giardino pubblico, vicino al teatro Rossetti e al viale XX Settembre, grande viale pedonale molto fornito da bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza Unità, se preferite utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, davanti al palazzo c'è la fermata delle linee 6 per Miramare e la 9 per il lungo mare cittadino.

La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

Si accede direttamente dalla terrazza privata affacciata sul cortile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e tutti i siti più belli della città a piedi ed il capolinea dei bus urbani è a soli 5 minuti.
