Quaint riverside apartment with mountain views

The apartment has its own entrance which opens straight into the living area (with kitchenette - mini oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle and cafetiere). The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

Idéalement situé entre La Clusaz et Megève, il accueille confortablement 2 personnes. La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »

Appartement 40m2 type F2, neuf, au Rez de chaussez d’un chalet privé. Bénéficiant d’une entrée indépendante ainsi que d’une place de parking ( 1 voiture) vous aurez toute la tranquillité recherchée. Vous aurez en été un grand coin terrasse avec table, barbecue... Vous pourrez partir depuis le logement pour de multiples marches balisées sur cordon ou combloux. En voiture, les stations ; 3 min de cordon, 10 min de combloux, 15 min de Megeve, 30 min de chamonix...

Situé au village de Chaucisse 1300 m d'altitude au RDC du chalet des propriétaires sans vis à vis, au pied des Aravis. Les premiers commerces sont à 5/6 kms. Le logement est situé dans un environnement préservé de toute agitation, à 500m du village avec un accès par un chemin carrossable. Nombreux départs de randonnées pédestre. Flumet à 7km, Megève à 19km, Chamonix à 51 km. Patrice et Christine se feront un plaisir de vous accueillir et de tout vous expliquer.

Sur les hauteurs, à 5 minutes du centre ville, venez vous ressourcer dans ce cadre unique et apaisant. Ce retour aux sources vous promet repos et détente. A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

We have 3 charming chalets in Les Contamines-Montjoie (Le Bothy, Les Fraises Sauvages and La Remise a Megane). Each has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people. One bedroom has queen size double bed and one bedroom has 3 single beds. The chalets are very similar inside and out and within a few hundred meters of each other.
