Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The Cypress House~Ranch-Style with a View

The Cypress House in rural Sycamore is a Ranch Style home laid out with Family and Fellowship in mind. Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Furnished in 20th Century Classic Country style, it includes antiques used in everyday living plus modern amenities. Adding to its Charm are a Den fireplace, 2 porches with rocking chairs, 2 ponds, and a powered Gazebo. Located on 10 acres next to a 50 acre farm field. Access-Private Drive.

Quiet Bungalow

A lovely one bedroom bungalow with a fabulous screened in porch for relaxing with a morning coffee. The house is located on a large lot surrounded on three sides by fence and trees to offer a wonderful private setting. Ample parking available for cars, trucks, boats and hard to fit vehicles. Comfortable queen bed and pull out sofa offer an ideal arrangement for a family of four. We love pets and welcome your well behaved fur babies to our home. Historic town with bike friendly roads.

Hope House - Christian Retreat

Genesis House & Revelation House are also available on the same property. Hope House is nestled among pine trees in a quiet, secluded setting. The perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, couple reconnecting, and small families. We have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

Jada’s Place Too

Very clean, dog-friendly and updated 2 bedroom 1 bath with a fenced in backyard and patio. Home is centrally located to everything. Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot coco is provided as well as filtered water.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Oasis Ridge Cabin - Overlooking Pond

PLEASE BE INFORMED - NO PETS ALLOWED. Come and enjoy a stay by the Flint River. We have many amenities you’ll enjoy - bring your fishing poles, boats, kayaks and enjoy a day on the river! Also, you may want a night by a fire or to grill a nice meal - we have those options too! And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!!
