Also, a private work area with a desk and chair. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

Boulder Ridge Cabin, close to Deep Creek, Maryland

Boulder Ridge Cabin is surrounded by woods, but within 15 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, restaurants, Wisp Resort with skiing, snowboarding, mountain coaster, whitewater rafting at Adventure Sports Center International, rock climbing, hiking. Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.

As seen on HGTV. This non-smoking tiny house is close to Sunset Beach Marina and the Lakehouse restaurant. Quiet setting. Views of lake and marina from the deck. Air conditioner. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
