Situated on 2 acres outside of Davidson city limits, every feature of this cozy home was thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.

This is a once in a lifetime experience. Fully furnished 2 bdrms, 2 bath condo with Full Kitchen and Wet bar, Washer/Dryer, 5 TVs, Cedar ceilings, exposed Steel beams, Brick walls and pine floors. Guests ages 30 and above are only allowed to book this listing. Children are OK as long as accompanied by an adult 30 or over.

Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries.
