LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

This upscale three bedroom home sits on a large grassy lot. Featuring a master suite with king bed overlooking the sky blue pool, dine in the fully equipped kitchen, work remote at our comfortable work station, lounge on the spacious patio, warm up at the fireplace or fire pit, barbecue, or walk on nearby canal trail. Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
