This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Set on the edge of Burton Dassett Country Park there are many excellent walks close by, great pubs and an abundance of animals at The Grove to ogle, including Alpaca, Llama, Horses and Sheep. Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

The Dovecote Cotswold Cottages are in the picturesque village of Churchill, which is in relatively close proximity to many tourist destinations such as Blenheim Palace, Clarkson's Farm, Stow on the Wold and Broadway Tower alongside a selection of well established amenities including the famous The Chequers Churchill and Daylesford organics. Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a young child.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake.
