Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! We are here to answer any questions you have, as well as to help make your stay comfortable! We are readily available and will respect everyone's individual needs and space. Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and can accommodate 6 adults. A king bed in bedroom 1 and a custom-made queen-over-queen bunk bed in bedroom 2. THE LOCATION: Summit Central is perched above the Dillon Reservoir in the scenic Wildernest neighborhood. This prime location offers easy access (just 75 yards from the unit) to the free Summit Stage bus which transports travelers to all the local ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlet mall for a little retail therapy and the mountain towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain. In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). Anglers will find gold-medal waters at their fingertips and biking enthusiasts will love riding the nearby passes or ripping sweet single track in Breckenridge. Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Electric scooter rentals are widely available throughout the area. Not to mention fun, speedy and affordable! Otherwise a downtown bus stops across the street and Uber/Lyft drivers are always close by. Early check-in / late check-out are only possible by special request and require an additional $25 fee.
