Custom Yurt in the Pines

Downtown perch

This charming yurt is only a fifteen minute walk from historic downtown Flagstaff. It has great views of the city to the south and is near to some great hiking trails and Lowell observatory to the north. I am located close to the train tracks so there is a fair bit of train noise (earplugs are recommended and provided for sleeping). Berghütte Flagstaff

Your little mountain house is located on a quiet street and backs the Coconino National Forest. There are miles of forest trails right out the back gate! Truly a little paradise! The house is warm and cozy with one bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Cook gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There's a large Yurt in the backyard to hang out in. The Clizzie Hogan

A traditional Navajo hogan made from local sandstone located near Lees Ferry on the Navajo Reservaton. It is one large open room with wood stove and two twin beds and two cots. We keep 12 gallons of fresh culinary/drinking water on hand and a chuck-box camp kitchen . There is no indoor plumbing or shower. We ask our guests to use our clean and well maintained outhouse a short walk away.
